Author's Guidelines

Editorial Procedure

Any manuscript that the editors deem unsuitable for publication in the GIJMAS may be rejected or returned to the author(s) without providing a reason for their decision. The reviewer(s) and referee(s) will never be identified to the author(s) or to any other unaffiliated third party during the editing process.

 Review Process

The editorial committee will promptly review any research papers or articles that are received for the first time.The chosen papers will be sent to two reviewers who will be asked to provide their feedback on them within sixteen weeks at most.An effort is made to publish a paper duly recommended by a reviewer within a period of one year. Unless otherwise noted, proofs of correction and correspondence should be sent to the first author. Following receipt of the authors' revised proofs, the article will be published.

 Copyright

The GIJMAS, GNSU  owns all copyrights. For any portion of their articles' content, the writers are responsible for obtaining copyright approval. The opinions expressed in the articles published in this journal belong to the authors and do not necessarily represent the faculty. Before the article is published in the journal, the authors must sign the Transfer of Copyright agreement.

Author’s Guidelines

  1. The abstract word limit should be within 250-300 along with 5–8 keywords. Manuscripts should typically not exceed fifteen (A4) pages, with a margin of one inch on all sides for figures and tables. They should also be typed in Times New Roman font with 1.5 spacing and a minimum font size of 10.
  2. Research paper / article should be submitted in the form of MS Word file through e-mail.
  3. The cover page of the article should contain:
    1. Title of the article (in bold)
    2. Name (s) of authors
    3. Professional affiliations
    4. Address of correspondence and Email (Kindly note the authors name should not be mentioned in any other page.)
  1. The Second page should contain
    1. Title of the article (Time New Romans 14, in bold)
    2. An abstract of the paper in about 250-300 words (Time Roman 10-point type and single spacing)
    3. Keywords should be provided which summarize the principle topics of the paper ( 4-5 key words)
  1. The manuscripts might have endnotes or footnotes. The references should be listed alphabetically at the end of the paper.
  2. The list of references needs to be typed on a separate page, single-spaced, and presented alphabetically at the end of the paper.
  3. All figures (diagrams, charts and line drawings) and plates (photographic images) should be submitted in electronic form. They should to be in black and white, clearly numbered, and of high quality.
  4. Typed tables have to be attached to the manuscript. It is not appropriate to submit them as graphic elements.
  5. It is best to present figures, charts, and mathematical expressions in a format that makes them easily printable. Diagrams and tables should be included in the text and numbered consecutively. The source needs to be listed beneath the table.
  6. In order to minimize the need for editorial changes, please proofread your work for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency of references.
  7. The right to edit or modify the work according to the journal's standards and style requirements belongs to the editorial team.
  8. The following format should be used for referring books, articles in journals, electronic documents etc (APA Edition):
